Description
We Music – EMILII, Kaisa Ollila, Milou and Vilma Talvitie – is a counterforce to the individual-centred artist culture.
This collective of artists celebrates community spirit and togetherness. The collective encourages the combination of different art forms, the blending of musical genres, experimentation and linguistic diversity.
We Music’s debut performance is set to take place at Cultural Centre Caisa on 27 November. The evening programme features four different performances that combine music, theatre, visuality and movement. The artists also make guest appearances in each other’s performances, thereby becoming part of each other’s art for a moment. This makes the performances of the evening unique.
EMILII is an existential crisis wrapped in electronic sound.
Kaisla Ollila is a mini musical on stage and in nature.
Milou is Finnish melancholy romanticised in French.
Vilma Talvitie is a world-touring one-woman band in which voice, body and piano merge into one.
Performance languages: Finnish, French, English
Performance duration: 2 h 20 min, incl. intermission
